Useful QR tools without an account or expiry service

Why this project exists

A basic QR code is a published data format, not a subscription product. This site makes the common tasks free and direct: enter content, review the result, download a static file and test it before use.

Private by architecture

Generation, image decoding and quality checks run in your browser. QR payloads, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and uploaded images are not sent to our server or a third-party QR service.

Reliability before decoration

The tools explain contrast, quiet zone, density and decoding observations independently. They do not turn those signals into a made-up overall score, and they do not promise that every phone, printer, material or environment will behave identically.

Free QR Codes is not affiliated with DENSO WAVE, the ISO, Google, WhatsApp or device manufacturers. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.
