Your QR content stays on your device

QR generation, scanning, checking and campaign preparation happen locally in your browser. We do not receive or store the content you enter into those tools.

Information processed only in your browser

This includes destination URLs, Wi-Fi names and passwords, contact details, phone numbers, addresses, messages, event details, campaign values, Google review links, business names and printable sign copy, uploaded CSV and Excel XLSX files, bulk QR values, uploaded logo images, QR images, camera frames and decoded QR contents. These are not intentionally transmitted to our application server, an analytics service, an AI service or a third-party QR API.

No accounts or payload history

The site has no user accounts or database. It does not save a history of the QR codes you create or scan. Some explicit workflow buttons use one-use browser session storage to carry a QR or a verified Bulk batch into the next local tool; the receiving page consumes and removes that handoff.

What the web server receives

Like other websites, the hosting and network services necessarily receive request information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address, date and time, requested path, browser headers and security-related logs. Tool contents are not included in those requests by the application.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare's aggregate edge analytics for basic request information. We also offer optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. The Google tag is not downloaded until you choose Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the QR tools continue to work without Google Analytics.

Google Analytics receives the page path and page title, but this site strips query strings from the page location it sends. We disable Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals. QR destinations, Wi-Fi details, contact details, phone numbers, messages, uploaded images, spreadsheet contents and decoded QR content are never added to analytics by the application.

If analytics is accepted, we may also count coarse tool outcomes such as whether a scan succeeded, whether a repair recovered an exact payload, the download format, a fixed print preset, or broad issue and batch-size bands. These events use allow-listed categories rather than the values you entered. They do not contain QR payloads, destination URLs, filenames, spreadsheet cells or uploaded-image details.

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so it can be remembered. Use Privacy choices in the footer at any time to change it. Rejecting analytics after previously accepting removes the site's Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google tag.

Camera and uploaded images

Camera access requires browser permission and a secure context. Frames remain local and are not recorded or uploaded. Selected raster images are decoded in the browser, temporary preview resources are released when no longer needed, and SVG uploads are rejected.
