There is no account or support portal. A simple project mailbox keeps contact separate from the QR tools and does not require a backend form.

What to include

The page or tool you were using.
What you expected and what happened instead.
Your browser and device, if relevant.
Steps that reproduce the problem without exposing private content.

Do not send sensitive QR content

Do not email Wi-Fi passwords, personal contact records, private messages, confidential destinations or uploaded images containing sensitive data. A reduced example is usually enough to investigate a technical issue.

Security and accessibility reports

Put “Security” or “Accessibility” in the subject so the type of report is clear. Please describe the impact and reproduction steps without testing destructively against other people or systems.
