Free bulk QR generator

Bulk QR code generator for Excel, CSV and lists

Generate up to 500 QR codes at once from an Excel .xlsx workbook, CSV file or pasted list. Choose the spreadsheet column to encode, verify every finished QR locally, then download PNG or SVG files together as a ZIP.

Private by architecture

Your Excel, CSV and QR contents stay on your device

Excel workbooks, CSV files, pasted values, requested filenames, rendered QR codes and ZIP contents are processed locally in this browser. Spreadsheet values are not uploaded or sent to client-side analytics.

Can I generate QR codes from Excel?

Yes. Upload a modern .xlsx workbook, choose the worksheet and the column containing the URLs or text you want to encode, then optionally choose a second column for output filenames or printed labels.

The workbook is read in your browser. Formulas are never executed: the importer can only use values already stored in the workbook, and formula cells without a cached value are treated as blank with a warning.

How do I generate multiple QR codes at once?

Paste one value per line or load up to 500 rows from Excel or CSV. Review the preflight summary, choose URL or text handling, and generate the batch. Every QR is decoded again locally before it is marked verified.

Verified PNG or SVG files download together as a ZIP. The ZIP also contains a manifest with the source row, output filename, QR type and verification status, but deliberately does not repeat the private QR value.

  1. Load Excel, CSV or a pasted list.
  2. Choose the worksheet and columns when using Excel.
  3. Review the interpreted rows before generation.
  4. Generate and locally verify every QR.
  5. Download the verified files as PNG or SVG in a ZIP.
  6. Continue the successful batch into QR Label Sheet when the codes need printing.

Can I create QR codes from a CSV?

Yes. CSV import recognises common value columns such as URL, link, website, text, content and destination, plus optional filename, name, SKU, ID or reference columns. Simple headerless first-column value / second-column filename files still work.

Rows with no QR value are skipped and reported instead of silently becoming empty codes.

Bulk QR codes for inventory, assets and products

A spreadsheet can use a product URL, asset link or reference as the QR content and an SKU, ID or name as the filename. That keeps downloaded QR files identifiable without changing the data encoded inside the code.

If the batch is going onto physical stock, equipment or packaging, send the successfully verified rows directly to QR Label Sheet. The one-use handoff stays in the browser and Label Sheet verifies every QR again before creating printable pages.

Are my spreadsheet contents uploaded?

No. Excel and CSV parsing, QR generation, decode verification, failure reporting and ZIP creation happen in this browser. The application does not put workbook names, worksheet names, URLs or QR values into analytics events.

A deliberate Bulk-to-Label-Sheet handoff uses one-use session storage in the same browser so the batch does not have to be placed in a URL or uploaded to a server.

Can I generate SVG QR codes in bulk?

Yes. Choose SVG before generation when you want resolution-independent QR files for design or print workflows. PNG is also available at 512 or 1024 pixels. Both formats are locally verified before they are included in the ZIP.

Practical guidance

Prepare a clean spreadsheet QR batch

A clear column mapping and a small preflight check make large batches easier to identify, verify and print.

01

Choose the exact spreadsheet column

Excel import suggests familiar headings but keeps the final worksheet, QR content column and optional filename column visible before rows are loaded.

02

Use URL mode when every row should be a web address

URL mode rejects malformed web addresses before generation. Auto mode treats HTTP and HTTPS values as URLs and everything else as plain text.

03

Keep the local verification step

The generator decodes every rendered code again before it is included in the ZIP. Failed rows are excluded and can be downloaded as a separate error CSV.
