Pasted values, uploaded CSV files, one-use Bulk handoffs, labels, QR generation, verification and printable sheet artwork are processed locally in this browser. Nothing is uploaded to a sheet-generation service.

Turn a CSV into printable QR labels

Use the label generator when the end product is a physical sheet rather than a folder of separate QR images.

You can repeat one QR across a sheet or create different labels from pasted values or CSV data. Useful examples include inventory references, asset links, storage bins, product information, event items and internal tracking labels.

Every QR is locally decoded before a multi-code sheet is produced. If an item is invalid or a rendered QR fails verification, the tool refuses to quietly create a partial sheet.

A4 and US Letter label and sticker sheets

Choose A4 or US Letter before selecting a preset. The custom grid uses the exact physical dimensions of the selected paper and refuses layouts that exceed the printable safety margin.

Prepare one value per row.
Use a direct verified handoff from Bulk QR, or export spreadsheet data to CSV.
Generate the QR labels.
Add optional printed text or sequence numbers.
Export the SVG pages or use Print / Save PDF.
Test a physical sheet before producing a large batch.

Practical guidance

Build the sheet around the physical labels you actually need

Use a preset for a quick A4 or US Letter layout, or enter a custom grid in millimetres. The tool refuses grids that do not fit safely on the selected paper.

Verify before laying out

Repeated QR sheets verify the source once. Multi-value sheets verify every row and create no partial printable output if even one row fails.

Use names in CSV when useful

A CSV filename or name column becomes the optional printed label. Pasted lists can use sequence numbers for quick identification.

Print at actual size

A4 SVG pages are exactly 210 × 297 mm and US Letter pages are exactly 215.9 × 279.4 mm. Use 100% or actual size in the print dialog; fit-to-page scaling changes the physical label dimensions.
